Tape measurer bought in Japan

Greetings.

This is a tape measurer I bought in Japan, thought it'd be a fun exercice to model in Solidwork and render in Maxwell (by way of 3DS). Sticker and tape measurer texture redone in Illustrator. Don't ask me why I put those balls :roll:

Why did you put those balls? :lol:

Excellent modelling except for something like this maybe a studio lighting would be more interesting.

Mihai - Les boules c'était simplement pour expérimenter au début et elles y sont restés. Que suggérerais-tu comme mise en scène alors?

Tom - No no, the second image is a photo of my tape measurer with a digital camera :shock:
