Hi :)

Recently keytoon has create 4 interstitials for Disney Channel about a summer promotion.
As usually we have used 3dsmax, maxwellrender and after effects for all 3d and photoshop for the 2d backgrounds.

Hi again, and thanks for all comments!!!

The version used for these spots is the new version ( 1.x ), and the time for frame is 5min in PAL ( renderfarm 12 dual xeons 3,0ghz) , I used 1 emitter, hdr for lighting and reflectation channels and various planes no visibles of camera for details in indirect lighting.

Very cool. 5 minutes a frame? Can we see a wire of this scene?

I'm just curious as to how detailed the scene is for you to acheive 5 minutes a frame. Even though your render farm rules and that is proof enough why.

Thanks Jonatan

Hyperballad in the last post I comment the setup of the scene, the crab with 1 emitter and hdr for lighting and reflectation channels and various planes no visibles of camera for details in indirect lighting...the background is 2d and nothing more :P
