Okay, lots of people helped out on this earlier so most everybody has seen it, but here is the completely finished product.

I updated the sun to match the photo, added a shadow to the bottom right side of the building to help it blend, and adjusted the levels in PhotoShop to match the exposure, saturation and so forth.

Please let me know what you think, C&C are welcome.

Who knows, with any luck maybe it'll make "Picture of the Day;" the ultimate compliment.

As a couple people have mentioned that tree needs some cleaning up in the front. You can see the white around the leaves. Take some time and zoom way in to clean parts like that up, it makes a huge difference. The perspective doesn't match as the building seems like its leaning into the existing buildings. I don't think the neighbors would like that :)

The materials need some work as well. The stucco or whatever that front material is seems way too flat and could use a little bump or something. The glass definitely looks plastic. Why didn't you use AGS for this?

good work though

Everybody, thanks for the comments. As for the trees, I know. Or at least, I noticed it after I looked at the full size one. When you're looking at it at 25% in PhotoShop after you get done clipping it looks alright.

The perspective is a modeling error. I had to guestimate the height of the building and so forth so I couldn't match the perspective correctly because my modeled building is too short. I did the best angle I could and just prayed the client isn't as harsh as we are. :D

The textures do need a little work, I admit. I didn't use AGS though because the building is hollow and from certain angles you could see through the windows to sky beyond and it just looked strange. I could have made the building solid, but even the reference pictures show the windows being almost completely black.

Anyways, here's the COMPLETELY finished products that went out to the client to review and choose this morning...
