Re: first rend, looks "totally" real

Stucco texture is great, grass is amazing. You might want to mix up the bushes behind the low wall, the repetition caught my eye immediately. Roof tiles look pretty flat from this viewpoint (maybe they are flat, but somehow the building design suggests that they should be barrel/S-tiles). An easy fix for that would be to model the rake tiles.

Good works, lucca. Regarding the first image, the second floor brick top and bottom coursing details need more work, that is, you have sliver courses. Why not use the soldier course detail you have nearby to finish the tops? Your brick texture is very nice. Also, I like your other pics a lot.
