I used plastic material for the pool water, the client thought it was better

Ok then, since nobody wanted to write some critics, I'll do it myself.

Both pictures are a bit noisy but this is not my fault.

I like the first one in general. Especially the angle. Of course I disagree with the client wanting the water with no transparency.

I don't like the second because it is a big building for only one colour. Also, why couldn't they think of something better, all levels are the same.

Anyone cares to continue?

but the second looks CG because of small trees and peoples.
