Here's a recent visual along with photo of the final project. I re-rendered once the photo had been taken to match the camera angle and the bin!

C+C welcome (but please don't mention the floor texture repeats - I was in a hurry!)

I see the render has more occlusion type shadows around the corners. Is it a material reflectance matter ?

damn  pretty close to the photo. It's just the red wood on the door/framing/counter that needs to be a bit more glossy, perhaps the floor too...

You mean that the (!)so yellow (!) wall doesn't deserve a small comment?
I would never paint a wall like that and use so redish wood too...

:: you would be surprised!!! I have been to a few places like that... i think they're normaly public services and they use the decor as some kind of mental toture in order to provide the worst possible experience to customers :) ::

2nd one looks fake, too clean.

j/k

great replication, let the noise clear up a bit further and try to play with saturation in post.

Thanks guys,

Thomas An. - I think the glass is making some of the shadows darker?
aitraaz - thanks, yes I think I need to ramp up the reflections a bit.
JTB - corporate colours I'm afraid. There's no accounting for taste!
x_site - I think it's a get-served-and-get-out-quick colour scheme!
-Adrian - I know, I guess I should have spent longer on the guy's coat :D
