again 10 h and some grain in the lighter ares. This time used LAB Color noise reduction instead.

Very nice and good method using Lab when eliminating noise.
I suspect the lamp is made of emitter only which caused aliasing.

I really like the frosted glass on the cabinet. Really well done! Could you explain what you used for the geometry and material settings?
