Beautiful render. I just finished a similar render, but maxwell didn't render any caustics. How did you get your caustics to work?

halfpuppy -
Make sure the caustic layers are checked - the default for preview is unchecked.

You know what it is? I was using physical sky for all my light. I switched to using an emitter surface to light my scene and the caustics worked fine. Any idea why caustics doesn't work with the physical sky? is this a bug they plan to fix?

Haven't gotten any caustics with phys. sky/sunlight either - maybe it is a bug
