very nice :) ...I'd subtract a few lens flares, though, they tend to distract a bit...otherwise looks great

Very nice rendering Nuno Faria.

I don't mind the lens flares.
Sometimes I can be a bit too much of a purist.
I doubt that a client would bicker with the lens flares.
As a visualization tool, it gets the job done, and with a little added "style"!
Great job.

IMO the lens flares are way to strong if the pic aims at realism. In contrary the lights itself are to smooth-shaped. On night-shots, bright lights usually produce star-like shapes, or at least a heavy glow.
