Maxwell renders hidden objects

Hi,

I create a sphere and put it into a larger cube...
Than i select the cube and hide it by pressing ctrl+h...

When I render this scene, maxwell renders the hidden
cube instead of the sphere...

why not throw it in a hidden layer, I know this isnt a fix but...
