I have had maxwell for over 2 weeks now,and i still cant get it to install correctly.
I have added teh enviornment viariables, made sure that the MAXWELL_ROOT has the correct value ( in this case, mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Next Limit\Maxwell\) because i am running XP pro 64 bit)
Added all the pluggins into the pluggin folder.
Now in the pluggin manager, when i check the pluggin, an error comes up saying "Error: initialize pluggin funv=ction failed (mayall_maya6.5"
I can open the Maxwell Viewer, and the Maxwell Server from my desktop (or under the Start menue)
What would cause the pluggin to fail?

EDIT
When i add enviornment variables, does it matter if the "c" in c:\Mayall is a capital or not?

same problem here

i read in manual that u must Add this variabls to system

You need to setup several enviroment variables, in order to do it:
go to: Start -> Control Panel -> System
Into the System dialogue look into the Advanced Tab, Click on Enviroment Variables.
If you a re installing the Plug-In for all the users use System Varibales, if you are installing only your user you can use User Variables too.

Setup the next variables:
MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH = c:\mayall
MAYA_SCRIPT_PATH = c:\mayall
XBMLANGPATH = c:\mayall
MAYALL_ROOT = c:\mayall

i did all that .......and i have the same problem
