Is there a pref to avoid the window popup each time you make a shader
in hypershade ?

You can disable material previews by going to Window -> Rendering Editors -> Maxwell -> Maxwell settings and unchecking "Enable swatch rendering". We'll try to remove the window that pops up in the next version.
