If you load a maya scene with Custom Lat Long settings for the Environment from scratch everythings fine. i.e. Maya isnt running.
If you load the same scene replacing an existing maya scene
the Custom Long Lat settings are greyed out and you cannot edit
them. The only solution is to quit Maya and reload the scene
again.
