hi, i am new to maya7

i probably do something wrong when installing the plug...

to install maxwell i follow, the rc or beta way...i setup all the varaibles, i load the plug from the plugin manager...etc.
maya load maxwell, but maya give me this error

Error: Cannot find procedure "mayallCreateUI"

do i missed something?
