Removed. This is not the place for tutorials. People coming to this section of the Forum expect to find information about Maxwell's own library of materials.
I have no idea where to put tutorials, but this certainly is not the place.

Products, whether a kitchen blender (kitchen context, restaurant work area context) or an electric bicycle (urban context, outdoor context) always require HDR image plus backplate, anything else does not make sense or looks plain awful. And so, unlike in other software, there's no tool in MS to match the camera lens to a backplate, you have to do it like I show in the video. In VRED and many other renderers, you have a tool like this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/ ... -html.html which is essential, because even laypeople notice a mismatch between backplate and lens. In addition, the other functionality is essential also, so that the camera projected backplate on the shadow plane provides the reflections, as shown in that Vray link with the tea kettle placed on a shadow catching plane which is a camera projected road backplane. Backplate matching and camera projection have been around since ages, and MS dearly needs them. Should be easy to implement for V 5.3.

I would not want to hawk other people's work on a public forum, whether from studios or students, and rather prefer to discuss this via the PM function here.
