this material created with procedural brick ; displacement on the fly
it's better if maxwell team add choice under brick parameters to add many textures to avoid repetition

Very cool! Can you share your settings? I would like to try this to generate a wood plank floor.

it's simple material with two layers ;one for mortar texture and the second ( Shininess with two bsdfs) for tiles textures
i create 6 masks in photoshop ; 3 of them used for opacity of shininess layer and 3 used for weight of glossy bsdf under shininess layer

i tried to create wood plank floor with marble ; brick ; and voronoi
but the material need more work for better result
