Bark!

I pulled this texture from the Autodesk "Area" site and created a Maxwell material from it with displacement. It should be up on the mxm site soon. It's tileable.

Awesome.

I don't get the DOF though? it seems like focused and unfocused at the same time for areas that are more or less the same distance?
Perhaps I just caught eyecancer wrong working too much :P

Good looking bark you got there Bubba :) it looks very realistic. Also it reminds me of a couple of barks i created a while back.
