got an easy way to make a displacement map in photoshop?

hey guys, i'm just looking for a relatively easy way to make a displacement map in photo shop to complement an existing texture.

do anyone of know if there's any software(for free if possible) to transform a 3d model in an heigthmap or normal map?

Yes you can do that, either with Maxwell or any other renderer by using Tim's trick of rendering out a zdepth map and use it as a displacementmap. Clever method with great results. :)
