Which way is the best to recreate orange juice most realistically?
Any ideas?
I don't think dielectrics work here...

Try a dielectric mixed with an sss material. So two bsdfs. One lambert with sss applied, the other bsdf, a dielectric type material.

And what are the best SSS settings for it?
I used Absorption - 0.2 and Scattering 0.8. Is it right?

Try more absorption I think. I don't know what settings would look ok, never tried making orange juice yet :)

There's some info in the manual about sss params.

lol, must have missed it :)
BTW, i've made a topic in WIP section - there is a render with material, can you please look at it?

Mihai when you say "One lamber bsdf with sss and one dialetric bsdf." Does that mean the lambert bsdf with sss has no transmittance color? I thought the rule for sss was to have transmittance and attenuation turned on?
