i searched on the mxm site, and a few came up the search. I downloaded the irror with waves, removed the map so it should be a simple mirror right?
Well i rendered it in my scene, and it came out non reflectve, even after i upped the reflectivity
I know im missing something simple right?
What should i use for a simple mirror shader?

Open mxed, create one layer and change these:
Nd= 20
Roughness= 0

for a perfectly reflective/glossy surface you may want to go up to nd 100, even more.

If I model a vampire and render a mirror with an nd=100, ... will I be able to see the vampire reflection ....? ... just wondering.

...no, but Nd=666 should work.

...of course, ... but if possible I'd like to use 665 or 667, .. should produce the same result, .. no?
I'll tell you what else is all kooky, ... you poppin up all quick style like that.

hmmmm. ..... interesting thought. I was thinking perhaps something like a reverse AGS just for vampires should be dropped on the wish list. , ... but that's just wishful thinking. ......sigh.

Doesn't this discussion really belong over in Tim's Zombie thread?
...yeah, I'm scared to go back there too.

I gave up following the thread when the first smoking zombie made its appearance.. that was the last straw.

If this wasn't a forum, I'd feel like we were talking behind Tim's back.
Hi Tim...
