Can't log into MXM board

I've tried my old login and password and I receive an error. I then tried to have my password e-mailed to me but it said my e-mail was invalid.
So i created an entirely different login with a new e-mail and I still can't log into the MXM board.
How do I fix this?

The 'forgot password' password that gets sent is always new and it never works. ???
