Hello, pretty dumby question...
I am basically not using the studio, but would love to use the new preview file from thomas Ann...

Can someone explain me step by step how to load it in the mxm editor, and have the effects of the changes just be applied to where it should!
other thing i did not succeed> where to load the other jpgs necessary to the file ( grid etc...)...

Has there also been a bigger size object for architectural viz? We are in need of some bigger scene to load as preview, with a recognizable scale ( aka 1x1m cube etc...) to test bigger materials such as concretes, tiles, wood floors etc.

thnx much :)

hello,

open the scene in studio, make sure all of the materials can find their maps (put them in a convenient location) and save the scene to

maxwell / previews

When you load the maxwell ME you should be able to choose the hotdog sphere. Swap it with the defaultpreview.mxs file if you want this to be used every time.

architectural size object? seems ok to me... you could always make another copy with different sized mapping...
