From the mxm page:
About certified users
What should I do to become a certified user?
After careful consideration, Next Limit certifies only those users that have demonstrated a good knowledge of Maxwell, and uploaded some of the best materials that are provided in this site.
What’s so good about being a certified user?
If you have a “Certified user” label, other users will know that the materials you upload will always be of the highest standard.

please don't panic!
it might be under consideration.
Just as a reminder, it's Next Limit who decides who should be certified, so please follow the rules and don't rate materials unfairly, thinking on users' certification (I recall it happened with first MXM Contest).

btw - this was the first comment about this since the 12. august 2006 - so I would hardly call it a panic...
