Hello ; i used real image to create new scene
using sketchup to match the camera ; rescale the model and export camera to maxwell studio
i calculated the direction and the position of the sun from shadows
rhino to create objects ; blender to create the flip flops ; and marvelous designer for cloth
in studio i used maxwell grass to create small fibers on the cloth
i hope the render finish without black bars

I almost guarantee that black bars are due to subsurface scattering materials so this should be fine.

Thanks
there is 3 Soaps in the scene with different sss materials ; right now the render is fine : sl 15.9

Oh, then maybe it won't be fine

There is always a collection of things that reunite to cause the black bars, if it happens, please try to simplify the scene as much as possible and send it to NL for debugging (use the tech support form and upload the scene to Dropbox or similar).

right now nothing happened ; but i will send th scene of the biscuit
maybe the coef/asymmetry caused a problem ? because in this scene the coef < 200
in the scene of biscuit : coef = 900 for chocolate and 600 for biscuit ; and this problem of black bars happened also with volumetric in previous beta versions of maxwell

something about that soap doesn't look right...

Yes
Creating sss with maxwell is like throwing a dice
The first look and fire and the final look are different ; it's a big work and need long time
The second problem is the black bars ; with high coef/asymmetry it's possible to get black bars after unkown sl !
And alot of sss materials from maxwell library are very old and don't give nice results

Did you try the material wizard for translucent materials? The basic problem of your soap is it needs higher scattering, it doesn't look solid enough. Set the asymmetry negative (-0.4...) so more light enters the object, then start raising the scattering.
It's not certain that only higher coefficient gives black bars.

thanks for tips ; i will try that
for other materials we can quickly see the results but with transclucent materials is difficult .
i have question about psd : photoshop load single image saved with BBP 16 ; image with BBP 32 loaded with all channels ; is this a bug ?

Well if you want these more transparent types of soap, just change the "Scale" parameter on the wizard and it should look ok.
