After two days of testing MR - ArchiCAD 16 plugin (+ 2 additional days for computing) I've made first rendering :-)
And I'am really satisfied with the workflow and final effect. Placing them on this forum is not easy decision as there are so many great Renders and experienced users, but I am really interested in your comments.
I've just started preparing ArchiCAD for work with MR and many setting are not quite obvious for me, especially materials are a "little mystery".
There are so many of them to test... 8)
Scene is a small part of previous office interiors project, design and renders (made then in Artlantis Studio) helped client to decide which premises are best for him.

Pretty good for first renders :) Maybe some material tweaking is necessary, a bit more reflective desk/furniture for instance. There is some obvious tiling on the carpet. Are you using some coating on the glass desk dividers? Looks like there is an oily film on them. If you haven't already, please have a read through this chapter of the online docs, it will help save a lot of time usually from your renders and give you more predictable, realistic renders:

Thanks for comments. I've tried to use ready materials for a moment when I am not so good in material editor.
So I use carpet (http://resources.maxwellrender.com/sear ... v2=0&tipo=), glass (http://resources.maxwellrender.com/sear ... v2=0&tipo=), wood for desk (http://resources.maxwellrender.com/sear ... v2=0&tipo=) and corian for cabinets from maxwell resources site.
I'll make some more test with materials and re-render scene.

Whole scene is build with ArchiCAD objects and elements except notebook imported from skp file. Small "problem" is that MR engine is so good (realistic)
that all inacurate details are clearly visible :-) - for example I've spent some time to smooth some chair parts.
Referenced MXS scenes cause faster rendering?

I've tried three different workflows - (1) ArchiCAD to Artlantis with Maxwell, mxs file then then opened in Maxwell Studio, (2) sending from ArchiCAD to Maxwell Studio
and (3) setting all in ArchiCAD and sending to Maxwell Render.
The latest is really the best solution, maybe cost some additional work with making default materials and emitters but they could be easily used in another project.
