Residential development concept

Hi,

I am working on this building concept for this two buildings. Any sugestions on the design, render or composition?

For me, the vignette is damaging in this case.
I'd also probably come in slightly closer toward the building.
And those two tiny towers at the horizon on the right are oddly distracting.
Otherwise I like this shot

The alphas on those bushes at the main building are bad. Too distracting with the black halo.

It looks like your sky background has very low dynamic range, here is a comparison of lowering exposure for a 32bit .hdr vs 8bit .jpeg: http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/7659/58614836.gif
Make sure you apply any vignette or exposure changes in 32bit.
The trees also stand out as being very flat, 3d ones would be better.
As Hatts said, zoom in a bit.
The soft, sharp and outlined object in the scene don't sit together so well, it makes it look a bit like a collage..
