You might add some spot lights to the signage for the night render.

following brian's comment, i would also add some ground lights in the courtyard area to illuminate the trees and other entourage in that area for the night shot.... something real subtle like that would help animate it even more.

Thanks Tom and Brian. I have added emitters in the exact places you have suggested, I guess the old saying "Great minds think alike" is true! . However im having trouble with them currentley. will post more when i get it sorted out. And thanks for the comments guy's.
