hey .. where are the kids?

..silightly off topic i guess, but it was the first thing i thought when i saw the image.

good render you have there, also the textures. i'd probably make the yellow wood a bit more reflective and the floor less, and more rough/bumpy if it should be a natural wood floor. it looks a bit in between right now.
the doors have a metallic feeling, maybe a paint like material would be more comfortable.
the lighting, which imho gives a good neutral mood to the setting, could be a bit more angled, like touching the surface of the table, guess you could get some nice highlights there to add some more natural contrast to the image.

as you mentioned, you could also try to add a subtle dirt map to the now slightly sterile walls, starting from floor up
fading out with height, like typical traces of usage like fingerpaint :)

you should add some things in the sunlight - representing window frames instead of an open wall (maybe that's where the kids are? - outside) and maybe some shadow from trees outside as you don't want to have sun that bright the whole day in the room.
