I think the lighting would be more interesting if there were some exterior lights. Lights on the ground shooting up the sides of the building, and the trees. Start with an interesting lighting scheme.

The building looks like its on an island. Try adding some sidewalks,
street lights and some depth to the sky.

The weird images on the windows showing rooms from wrong camera angles / perspective really catch my eye that something is wrong!

the sky looks pretty clear, so some sky-life, like stars?
I'd attempt some cars with lights too...definitely need more of a base with lighting, night-life activity. Some uplights on the trees (if they're 3d...although they look like 2d clipmaps?).

Fernando Yes in fact i have started to do that. The Enviroment will be done in post as a Background image of a night skyline if i can find a decnt one. As i am running out of ram i cant model any more items.

Josephus yeah thier clip map trees. Only solution i have at the moment, as the company won't invest in 3d trees at the moment.

Richard do you know of another way of lighting the rooms? Trying to find images of rooms taken at the right angel is proving to be difficult to find. And modeling individual rooms is costly in terms of memory and time consuming.

It looks like a thin, long building. The angle you chose is strange to me and doesn't show off most of the building. Personally, I would rotate the camera around a little to show more of the long side of the structure. It will also help fill the shot with architecture so you don't have so much empty space to fill.

Also, I'd show less pavement and more sky.
