If its a design pitch I would lose the wall and ground and create a studio setup. Then Id produce a render of the whole thing and a couple of details using DOF. Visually the brick wall and ground distract from the shelter which is your subject. You may need to knock your exposure back a touch also.
You can setup 4 views and render one on each of those machines you have there!

Thank you for your comments Deflix. You were spot on with the wall and ground detracting from overall focus. I will set up studio and focus on finer details. Thanks again for your feedback

Give the top part of the shelter more polys. You can see the facets on the curve.

I am not sure if you are really providing shelter on this one. the umbrella looks to high and its diameter too small to achieve its purpose. One more thing, I think some of the guys sitting away from the street may miss the bus. Last comment, watch out your materials, something like that in a city like Miami, you could fry and egg at noon on a metal bench like that.
Just a though.

Couple of questions/suggestions...
Does it rain/snow...where would the water go in either case?
Can the dome be used for advertising...may need to generate revenue for upkeep?
Seats...more seating if it's a circular bench instead of individual -- yes, you may end up with someone sleeping if it's a bench but you can probably get away with half the support posts needing to be buried...you may even be able to get away with no posts for the seats...just attach the seats to the center post.
Good luck.

I agree jvanmetre the rendering is only a marketing tool. But you need something good to sell first.
