Lookin good! The only crit I have is that the screw head looks like it's grooves are mapped, not modeled.

I´m curious.
If 15min/frame, what was the SL?

I did an installation DVD for one client. One clip was over 13min,
one about 3min and the last one amybe 7min. SL10, rendering times..
I dont dare to say. But it took a long time. And at 720x576 resolution.

yes,
clients have almost no idea that render takes its time!
my last vray animation took about 20 min / frame and I had to render 1800
