..in an exist'g space... supposed to be a pretty 'raw' space... but think the architect wants to go with the white brick so it doesnt look too too raw for the zoning board
these people were hastily placed...haha...
overlaid with some sketchup linework...

The effect is looking pretty cool. It's a nice concept sketch technique.

yeah! i like it too! wouldn't know what to criticise
except maybe that the floor material looks a bit out of scale and those railings draw the focus too much to themselves with that technique.

Really nice "drawing". As an architecture's student l find this kind of technic more direct and less distracting when trying to express concepts.

hey..thanks guys... appreciate it... no update yet, still waiting to hear back from the architect.
kami...good call on the railings... i'll lighten the linework up a bit..

Your render is working very well...it seems an incredible place!

I like the sketch lines over the top of the render. Has a really good graphical look to it. Nice work.
