Fair Both

Hi,
just started a new render and black dots start to show up in higher sampling levels.
(as you can see in the background)

Any idea whats going wrong?!

Was it cooperative by any chance? I had a couple of black dots before 1.7 after merging two quite high SL images.

Hi,
no, just a single render, no resume mxi, no sss, no ags.
Just MXM + cinema light emitters...

Will be a job for PS, just glad that there are no dots over the booth ;-)

...seems like the problem started with changing the emitters (cinema lights) to mxm emitter presets.

I also really like your frosted glass material. Did you create that or is it from the mxm library?

....sorry, there is no frosted glass ;-)
just the table and the floor-window looks a bit like but it´s just a low samling level..

Man, those are nice!

P.S. The only time I have ever gotten the black dots is when I used SSS on an object that wasn't a properly closed solid geometry.
