Nice start on the mechanical parts. Don't forget to get rid of all of those sharp 90 degree angles with small chamfers. That's very important.

A little update to the geometry. I am really starting to like this modeling thing. Again I am new to this so of you see anything that looks bogus, or any kind of suggestion, let me know!

You're right, this is one serious undertaking

but you've done a great job so far on it, really eyepoppingly impressive detail and accuracy you managed to create.

Nice Start with this 'chopper'.
For stationary renders you may wish to show the rotor blades slightly bowed - they straighten out when in flight.
