Maxwell Render | Official public forum

Hi,

just a quick test render of Hair in Cinema 4D with maxwell. I used one of the Hair preset scenes and changed it a little bit; the corn on the hill isn't Hair.

Nice one - i've been test Cinema/Maxwell with hair over the last week. Unfortunately if i use more than 50000 hairs and mxm materials the scene seems to crash.

I can use more hairs and Cinema materials and things seem to work better but i can't figure out how to apply hairs (i.e. a big number of hairs) to make it look like fur without he scene crashing.

And the fill hairs option doesn't seem to work (but thn i'm completely new to Cinema so maybe i'm setting the scene up wrong).
