Ican't understand what the top 1/3 of the render is. And the brick sidewalk material is too tiled. Maybe you should make two seperate renders? The details of the interiors look good!

2/3 of the pic is useless, you should have lower the rendertime without, and better show the project!

Just Rubber Stamp out obvious texture repetition in photoshop, don't bother killing yourself making a texture perfectly seamless, the more you do, the more life is sucked out of the texture, thus it starts to look too clean and boring. I often find myself doing this as a clean up process post render

Very good start!
I would choose another pov, its not a well composed view now.

I'm not disturbed by the tiling in the floor really.
