great rendering!
Two minor remarks:
1) The grass texture could be a bit improved, the repeating pattern is a bit to visible.
2) This might be on purpose, but: I looks like all of the facade is completely in the shadow, and the sun does not hit any surface on the building (except the roof). I guess this is what you want, hence the big roof construction, but I think it could improve the composition if there where some more contrast between sun/shadow, like sunlight hitting the steel pillars. - just a thought.
very good work though!

Kurt... yeah the grass in the first one is a stand-in for post and the client
wants his sign "bright' hence the low sun.
This is a second view underways and getting close....again c&c please.

Nice!
You might want to adjust the composition just a bit so that the sign is not quite so close to the left edge.
Looking very good though!

yeah...that sign does ruin it a bit but important for the client...a bit cramped only to get max visibility of the three elements in the image

I get you - but I think you are losing maximum visibility of the sign sitting so tight to the edge of crop. It gets lost at the edge, and just kind of pulls the image out of balance. Add even 1/8" of space to the left edge and I think you'll gain a lot of visibility.
Just my opinion
