Hi Guys,

Here are a few shots of a project we are working on. It is a medical building in California.

exterior modeling: 6hrs (based on flat single line DWG of elevations), design changes - model update: +6 hrs in ArchiCAD

C & C are welcome.

Mine is the night shot with the reflections altered by irregulaties of the board. Sick! I think maxwell is going to make moneyless a lot of modelists...

Thanks Guys! I appreciate your comments.

Anything on how you would improve scenes?

Mattia: thanks, the board is the actual angulated terrain model, I just assigned the black carpaint to it...

I think your comment about model makers is interesting...I purposely render my early models as scale models shot in a photo studio, because this way the "too much realism" is not distractive to the client. We can have many variations of this virtual model which would be very expensive to build at this level of details. Plus if I want it I can show the whole model in copper for example. I do think that the real scale model is still useful and it will not go away (maybe later when maxwell holograms will be rendered... :) )
