I am not challenging anything or anyone :P .. And definately not with Maxwell, since I am an utter boob with that..

And the model itself is only the middle resolution that we have, I gotta try the high-res one, some day.. and I actually think, some of the bricks are missing in this one. The model itself a very early version.

Thanks for the comments. All of you.

Hehe.. We are making it, not playing with it. Actually as you might suspect, it quickly becomes a job like everything else. My biggest issue with lego is that my daughter wanna play with me and lego when I get home from work - haha - its not like I really feel like playing with that toy exactly, but I agree the toy is amazing.

My Favorite is the lego Dirt Crusher RC - a Radio controlled car, that you can do everything with. It just lasts - drive it through water, mud, snow, dirt, asphalt etc. you name it. I have 3 of them and you can build them together, so you can build one car from ie 3. and I made a truck that is approx 1 meter long and it runs 20-30 km/h. I have driven it into a 2m deep ditch, and crashed it directly to the ground - its still running perfectly.

It might be expensive, but then again - it lasts for generations. I still have some of my old lego from when I was a kid, and my daughter use that now, and some of that is actually from my dad when he was a child.

Hmm this turned out as a sales speech. Not on purpose. DO NOT BUY IT!! :P

i have a small problem with LEGO.

i really loved them ... but in the «early days» from all the simple pieces one model was built. for the new fancy modern models, nearly for every part, a special designed part is needed that fits (nearly) only to this model.

LEGO becomes just a puzzle or a kit to build one special thing that shouldn't be taken apart again.

maybe i'm old school, well old kindergarden, in this one... :)

other opinions ?

nice work ! and happy playin' !
