Hi!
I love these locks. I've got all the stuff inside aswell, just haven't found a great cameraangle for it yet
Comments are always welcome.

The renders look good but they are a bit washed out and over bright. I would do some contrast adjusting and also play with that metal material a bit. Add some imperfections.

Hi Bjorn,
I like the subject. This one looks a bit like the numbers aren't embossed at all. Is it intended to be a pad print, decal or something. Also, I've never seen a lock with this tight a tolerance between the outer housing and the numbered face.
The (rotating) knob dial looks a bit plastic to me. I think you could really add some interest to the images by showing the indicator on the dial.
The mesh is a bit rough and messes with the realism somewhat.
I'd love to see a nice cutaway view of this with the workings showing.
Nice work,
enchesto

thanks for your comments!
They were a bit washed out, I agree. Tried to turn the film speed down a notch. And the mesh, yes, I realized that too late I'm afraid, but on this last image I've refined it. However, it came out very noisy/grainy. I guess it is the short field of focus?
