I was wondering, to enable SSS for a plastic material like this, do you add SSS to both layers (would that be better than just 1) and does the SSS override for example the attenuation distance? Does transmittance colour still matter?
SSS remains a bit vague to me, if anything is overriden by SSS it would be nice to have those paramaters grayed out.
