go back to beta?

Hi, is there a way I can revert to the beta version again? I was foolish enough to believe that an upgrade would mean improved features, stability and performance, and overwrote the original install files when downloading the release candidate!

I'm now stuck with a 100% worthless render, that really can't be used with anything... i'm not even able to export my scene to mxs format in this new "upgrade". nextlimit should put up the beta version for download asap as the RC can't be used at this stage...

you can roll back as long as you have kept your license info. uninstall rc1, reinstall beta, use the old plugin, should work...

well, the problem is that I did overwrite the beta install files with the rc1. As long as I don't have the beta installation file, it's kinda hard to install it, right?! ;) My bad, I know - but I think Next Limit should keep the older versions available, as long as they release versions with serious bugs.

I thought you could still download the beta from the link they sent you in the email with your registration info, is it not there anymore?

nope, I'm just redirected to the primary download site, where only the rc is available. Well, it looks like patience is the password - new releases come pretty quickly, so in the end I guess it'll end up with something superior to the beta anyway...

If you use the most recent email webaddress, where RC4 is, you can download the Beta. I tried an old link first and could only see RC2.

Make sure you use the latest link. The email will have been dated 7/12.
