plug-In Fails to initialize

tried re-installng three times, no luck.
Studio seems to run just fine, so I figure it is the plugin. Help?

You have to install one of these:

x86 OS: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

x64 OS: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
