And crash again and again.

V1.1 works fine with new scene but I am working on a scene from 1.0 and just can't make 3dsmax launch the render. It worked fine before in 1.0. I've tryed saving all the mats and nothing, tryed applying one no textured material to all objects and no success.

Any tip?

I think I solved the problem. (phew) It had to do with some materials (of course). I'm not really sure of this but I think it was caused because material name had parenthesis () !!!!!!!! :!:

Well, I'm now using 1.1 plugin and had no crashes or other nuisance since the problem was solved.

I had more crashes now with a new scene but using and old material resaved. It's been already solved changing the name of the mxm. Maybe has this something to do with the lenght of the name? :|

More and more and more crashes. I can't find the logic of this. I load a scene that rendered ok, add some materials and launch render: crash. Reload, open material editor: crash. Reload, change renderer to scanline, open mat editor, change back to maxwell render engine, the preview updates correctly, render: crash; Rebuild material from scratch, render: crash. Erase material from scene and apply a white material I had there: crash. Reload the scene, render: crash. Reload, open material editor, render: ok ?! Restart max, reload scene and hit render: crash... It seems quite random.

Pleeeeeeeeeeease we need a new max plugin.
