I created a camera and set a couple of views i wanted to render. Well after a few days i decided to delet that camera. But heres the problem, now when i create a new camera and try to render from it it will ony render the frames i set from the camera i deleted. Make any sense? Its rendering a view i set from a camera that i deleted. No matter what i do it renders that one frame. Any suggestions as to why its doing this?

merge all objects into a new scene and setup a new camera there.

i don't know if merging would do it just yet. There is a posibility that by merging you will make the problem worst and loose all of the emitters.
It seems as if it was rendering the previous mxs file, under system(on the render panel) check the 'show info window' when you press Render a separate window will pop up and give you asumary or any errors, if it says it cannot export then you have to find the mech issue. However this would mean that you havent render any other scene prior; redundant, but make sure you actually erased all cameras, check hiden objects.
Hope this helps....

Thnaks guys. I will try that. And yes im getting this message
Error: Invalid iChannel index object.setTriangleUVW... and you know the rest.
But it doesnt tell what object it is. And to make things worse it wont export a mxs file. keeps telling me its invalid. I have completley un-installed maxwell and re-installed it but no luck.

Bugg, bugg,
Check all of your material, make sure that you are using UVW mapping in all meshes. The best way gor me is to start by eliminating the objects that i recently added to the point that M~R would render. hide and unhide, no need to delete, and in due time you will find the error. It is tidious i know but hopefully it will be fixed.
If it is a large file, i have also encountered this problem. I've had to separate the files and export two different MXS files inporting them into M studio....

As a test i saved out a copy of the file and gave everything a standard maxwell diffuse texture and everything works fine. I was so close to rendering the final images. What can i say it's a typical MONDAY! Thanks guys for your help. Gadzooks.
p.s. With all the bugs and things not working in maxwell, it's still a very promising render.

Ok I have taken care of the geometry issue, but I still keep rendering a view form a camera that I deleted today’s ago. I have checked, double checked, tripled checked that their is no camera in the scene. Even if I create a new camera it still renders a view from the one I deleted. Any suggestions as to why?

And what about the pannel sumary, what does that say? is it creating the
MXS file? if it is not then there has to be something there still.
Another issue i've had is if i merge different scenes toguether, for some reason there seems to be a mesh max, and i have to import them separately into Studio....
