I use MAX8 and onyxtrees. I have a Dual Intel P4 3GHZ 2G Ram.
My scene is a simple plane 50X50m and a scattered object created from a tree (ONYX). No materials placed yet.
The problem is that I can't render. I want to create the MXS file and I always get the message that I am running out of memory.
I must say that the tree is about 12000 polygons (count from the plugin).
Since the plane is a big one I tried with 500 trees.
Can someone with similar computer and the same software tell me if it is something common? Should I upgrade to 4G Ram?
Please make a test, it is only a two minutes test.
Thanks in advance
