I can't seem to get an avatar image to work for my sig. Everytime I try the same statement pops up...The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png.
And it is...I have tried all of them at the correct size...whats up?
Can anyone help?

You have to use "link to offsite...", just upload it somewhere.

Yep u need to host your avatar on something like image shack, then put the link to the hosted image for the avatar under 'upload avatar from a url' / or 'offsite' avatar ...search the forum there's a few topics that explain this a little less vaguely...
