How much time do you think you'll need it to render?

Have you tried to render it without the maxwell render display?
The strange thing is that the (pre)viewer seems to crash but the render engine still goes on
It worked fror me

Also, try using the -hd command line option! It has saved me (for now) from buying extra RAM and worked very well for me.

Two suggestions for hosting the files:
1. Use 7zip compression. It is the highest possible these days and its open source:
www.7zip.org
2. Try
www.rapidshare.de to host the file

Like PV mentioned, check your comp out with a stress test application, sounds like it's overheating and shutting down. You may not have had this problem before, but it's worth checking out anyway. Could also be general instability, PSU is old/tired/overheated/cheap brand so it doesn't supply your components with steady current.
Use rapidshare to upload your file, doesn't require a login to upload or download the file.
