Blowtorch...

I collect blowtorches, this the first one I modeled.
Can't wait to be able to grunge map and age with dirt, nicks and scratches.
In the meantime it's brand new...Cheers, Ron

That's very very nice work on both the modeling, scene setup and the rendering Ron. Good job!
Mind if i ask what program you used to model this with ? it's very accurately modeled.

Hey Ron, nice image. i just looked at a tv show on the A&E channel on the history of blowtorches. Can you tell us what year is this one you modeled?

Maximus - I use Lightwave 7.5 to model with, I own Max 5 and tried to learn it but had a very hard time with it...so I stick with LW.
Nicolas - I am not a serious collector, I don't have any unique or really old ones. I just pick up an occasional torch up at a yard sale or where ever...I think this model is from the late 50's or there abouts.
