Nothing fancy, just a fast render to show the client color variations for one of their frozen novelty pops. They liked the render...the actual file is much more vibrant, the web just flattens the colors.

Herve, the flavor of the dark blue one is...surprise...blueberry!
yummy chemicals for the kids!
Mihai, yep totally chemical driven...eat one and your mouth turns outrageous colors for the rest of the day...to say nothing of your liver!
To their credit, they do produce a line of frozen pure fruit pops and other healthier products...
But for the most part it's the four basic food groups...sugar, salt, fat and chemicals!

blueberry... could U believe it.... he he...

I am making the most incredible Bombe Glacée you could taste...

inside is tea Ice cream with some orange and almonds maccaroons dipped in some Kirch and outside is Mandarine sorbet... a very ancient receipe...

one other question... are the wood sticks (do they still make it in wood..?) not too big...;

Herve,

Wow, how about emailing me that recipe? I love to make desserts like that and it sounds sooo good!

They still use some wood sticks on regular ice bar type products but mainly plastic tubes like these.
